As Vast Buys is purely an Online shopping site we do not have an open line and as such advise our customers that it is quicker for us to see to your enquiries if you contact us via our email form or our support tickets. This will result in a fast response from out customer care team.

We ask that you first check our FAQ as you may find the answers to your question there. If you still have questions and wish to chat via phone simply use the contact form and choose the Request a Call Back  from the drop down be sure to supply us with as much information in relation to your enquiry so we can arrange for the appropriate Customer Care person to call you back.

Click My Account in the top right corner and fill in your email address and password.

To retrieve password, click Forgot Your Password and enter your email address. A new link will be sent to your email to reset your password.

Login to your account and choose Account Details and Addresses and change the information you require.

Simply provide your email in the form provided at the footer of every page on this site hit submit and your done.

We accept PayPal, Visa Card, Master Card and Afterpay. You can make your choice when you are at the checkout.

Unfortunately, all payment has to be made when you proceed to checkout on our website; and pick up is not available in order to save time for our distribution centre to dispatch all orders efficiently.

Currently, we only ship within Australia.

The item is shipped via Australia Post, Fastway, Toll or Allied Express, according to the size and weight of the item. A tracking number will also be updated to you after dispatch. You can find more information on our Shipping Guide Page

Please note that we can only cancel your order if the item has not been dispatched from our warehouse. As we operate a fast and automated dispatching system, but need time to respond to your message, we can only do our best to help.

Tracking information will be emailed to you as soon as your item is shipped. Alternatively, you can also view it in the orders section of your account.

    • All products except electronics products come with a 12-month warranty which you may seek a refund or replacement for the product. Electronics products come with a 3-month warranty. The following terms and conditions apply to the warranty:
      • Damages due to misuse by the user or during delivery will not be covered by this warranty
      • This warranty does not cover any accessories or bonus gifts. Regarding to accessory and bonus gift, they would be noted in our listing would, include (but limited to ) battery, carry bag, etc.
    • Damage on Arrival (DOA) This warranty only applies to items that are broken when arrived or appear to be not functioning on initial usage. The following terms and conditions apply to DOA warranty:
      • You must check your item(s) and report the damages or faults (pictures or videos) to Vast Buys within 5 working days from receiving your product. We reserve the right to refuse any claims made after this time frame or additional charges (postage and handling) may apply.
      • Please do not return the faulty item to us without our approval.

Please confirm that you have checked the packaging very thoroughly as the small components might become loose during the shipping. If there is a part missing, please contact us immediately via a Support Ticket so that we can offer our assistance.

Refund and replacement generally take up to 2 working days to process, and will notify you right after it has been processed.

NOTE:

  • A refund or replacement will not be provided if products are being misused, mishandled or mistakenly installed. Customers are responsible for following the instructions and advice given by the manufacturers.

Please note that if your order already being processed in our warehouse, a change of address will not be possible.
In some circumstances we may be able to put a request into the courier company for a change of address though please be aware that this is not always possible.
Please use the claims form to request a change of address.

If you have recently received your tracking details via email and your tracking number is not working yet, please give it a few hours for our carrier to load the information.

In most cases, your tracking number may not be activated until the item is received at delivery depot. Please refer to our Shipping Guide to establish the time this may take.

Our Couriers are unable to call you prior to delivery.

We recommend that you use a delivery address where someone will be available to sign for the order.

Once you receive your tracking information from us you are able to then contact the courier and make delivery arrangements that suit you. Your courier may be able to give you more accurate delivery time frames.

If you change your mind and no longer want the product you purchase please read our current Change of Mid Policy.

Change of Mind Policy

Vast Buys offers 7-day Change of Mind Policy.

  • We only accept change of mind within 7 days after the item is delivered
  • Please send an email including pictures or video of the condition of the product received and an explanation of why you would like to return the product and if the item is eligible for return.
  • For COM product has to be in original packaging.
  • We will notify as to whether or not we require the product to be returned to us. Please do not return the product to us without our prior consultation – credit will not be given in this case.
  • If we require the product to be returned to us, we will provide a return post label. We will not refund postage if the customer does not use our return label.
  • If return label provided to you, we will refund the total order amount MINUS initial postage, return postage and restocking fee of 15%
  • If return label NOT provided to you, we will refund the total order amount MINUS initial postage and restocking fee of 15%
  • If customers change their mind before the item is received and require the action of RTS (Return to Sender), we will refund the total order amount MINUS initial postage and restocking fee of 15%

Please note: Certain items are unable to be returns under any circumstances due to health and safety concerns. We will advise you if your product falls into this category.
